This is a convenient online tool that allows you to easily switch between lowercase and uppercase letters. You can capitalize, uncapitalize, convert to mixed case, and transform your text in various ways.

Explore the options below to modify your text as needed.

Alternating Case

The alternating case converter transforms your text (regardless of its current format) into a pattern that alternates between lowercase and uppercase letters. It generates a capital letter followed by a lowercase letter within the same word.

Example: tHiS Is aN ExAmPlE Of aKtErNaTiLg cAsE.

Sentence Case

The sentence case converter allows you to paste any text and automatically formats it into properly structured sentences.

It works by capitalizing the first letter of each sentence and converting the rest of the text to lowercase, while also transforming "i’s" into "I’s." Every letter following a period will be capitalized.

Note: It does not capitalize names or places.

Example: This is an example of sentence case.

Lower Case

If you're looking to uncapitalize text, the lower case text converter is the tool for you. It converts all the letters in your text to lowercase. Just copy the text you want to change, paste it into the box, and select the 'lower case' tab.

Example: this is an example of lower case.

Upper Case

The upper case converter transforms all the letters in your text into uppercase. It converts lowercase letters into CAPITALS while keeping any existing uppercase letters as they are.

To use it, simply copy the text you want to change, paste it into the box, and select the 'UPPER CASE' tab.

Example: THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF UPPER CASE.

Capitalized Case

The capitalized case converter automatically changes the first letter of each word to uppercase, while leaving the remaining letters in lowercase.

To use it, simply copy the text you want to format, paste it into the box, and select the 'Capitalized Case' tab.

Example: This Is An Example Of Capitalized Case.
